About the Role
First Partner Consulting (FPC) is looking for ambitious CA Article Assistants who are eager to build expertise beyond traditional compliance work. The role offers exposure to Corporate Finance, Due Diligence, Fundraising, Financial Modeling, Valuation, Compliance, Accounting, and Advisory assignments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in financial due diligence and transaction advisory engagements.
- Support business valuation and financial modeling assignments.
- Participate in fundraising and investment-related projects.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and analytical schedules.
- Assist in GST, Income Tax, TDS, ROC, and other compliance matters.
- Conduct accounting reviews, reconciliations, and GL scrutiny.
- Support statutory, internal, and tax audit engagements.
- Prepare client presentations, reports, and working papers.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for project execution.
Eligibility
- CA Intermediate (Both Groups / Single Group Cleared).
- Strong knowledge of Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, and Finance.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to learn and work on diverse assignments.

Transaction Advisory Internship Hyderabad Full Time
About the Role
This is not a routine internship. It is a selection-driven program designed to identify and train individuals who want to build a career in transaction advisory, deal execution, and strategic finance. You will work closely with the team on live engagements and real business scenarios.
Key Responsibilities
- Support live transaction advisory assignments
- Assist in financial analysis and structuring
- Work on investor readiness and business evaluation
- Gain exposure to due diligence processes
- Conduct research and analysis for ongoing deals
- Contribute to execution-driven work
Program Structure
- Selection-based initial training phase
- Followed by a 3-month internship on live projects
