He is an expert managing corporate finance and fund raising with a focus in power and EPC businesses. He has also ably added huge value to BOT and Urban Infrastructure project financing while working in senior management roles at GVK Infrastructure, and GMR Infrastructure. He has also served in finance roles at the Murugappa group (Coromandel Fertilisers) and Hindustan Aeronautics (HAL) in a career spanning 28 years.
He is a member of the ICAI since 1989, and is a certified Insolvency professional. While his core competence lies in corporate finance, he has a strong liking for corporate governance and corporate social responsibility.
